Lessons learnt including near hits
In this area of the website we aim to bring together information from different sources.
The information is all about other people's experiences of close shaves, the lessons they learned and what they did about them.
We have provided you with a series of links to information on near hits from other organisations. The Strategic Forum is deeply indebted to the organisations concerned for their generous cooperation in making their information available to us.
Access the Step Change in Safety incident database
Step Change in Safety is a UK based partnership with the remit to make the UK Oil and Gas Exploration and Production the safest in the world by 2010. This information is relevant to construction on dry land as it deals with many universally applicable issues such as simple slips and trips and manual handling incidents

If you want to anonymise it feel free to do so. All contributions offered in good faith will be welcomed and shared with other website users.
