The Strategic Forum for Construction has the strategic responsibility,
on behalf of the industry, to accelerate change in line with the challenges
of Rethinking Construction.
The forum's vision, as set out in Accelerating
Change, is for the UK construction industry to realise maximum value
for all clients, end users and stakeholders and exceed their expectations
through the consistent delivery of world-class products and services.
This Toolkit has been developed, as required in paragraph 5.1 of Accelerating
Change, to help clients, and individual supply-side members, assemble
integrated teams, mobilise their value streams and promote effective teamworking
skills.
