The 2012 targets detailed below are industry targets - some companies will go beyond the target, others below, however, the overall aim is that the industry will meet the 2012 targets. When a company signs in support of the Construction Commitments they are agreeing to work to meet the Construction Commitments but not necessarily to individually meet all the 2012 targets.
