The Strategic Forum's 2002 report Accelerating Change set a target for 20% of construction projects by value to be undertaken by integrated teams and supply chains by end 2004, this figure to reach 50% by end 2007. It committed the Forum to producing an "Integration Toolkit" to help the industry to achieve this target.
